Our tiny cabins were created by master craftsmen in Saint John, New Brunswick. Each cabin highlights local lumber from wall panelling to doors. Key necessities such as cozy beds, ample kitchenettes, EV chargers, and luxurious spa showers make for the perfect adventurous getaway.

It’s no secret that at Kabina, we are all about the great outdoors! Our spaces have been created for you to immerse yourself in nature. From inside, you’ll enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows all around. Outside, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit with wood included.

What is Kabina?
Kabina is a wilderness retreat offering six custom tiny homes and our a-frame-inspired main lodge in a quiet rural setting just outside of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia.
Outdoor Spaces at Kabina
Each cabin offers an outdoor area with parking for one vehicle, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit (a starter supply of wood is provided)!
Payments & Deposits
50% of the total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival.
A pre-authorization of $250 is taken at check-in and refunded 1 day after departure.
Where is Kabina?
Kabina is located 10 minutes outside of Tatamagouche in The Falls area. Kabina is only 20 minutes from Ski Wentworth, 3 minutes from Drysdale Falls, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Halifax Airport, and 1 hour from the Nova Scotia/New Brunswick border.
Access & WiFi
You will be provided with a unique access code three days before your stay via email. Guests of Kabina have access to Starlink internet. As this internet service is satellite-based, intermittent outages should be expected.

Kabina is proudly operated by Over Sea, a small hospitality company operating in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. The Over Sea Concierge team is pleased to take care of all aspects of your Kabina stay from planning to during your stay support.
What is included in my tiny home?
Our tiny homes have been expertly crafted for an adventurous stay! Each space includes either one or two queen beds, a dining table for four, a micro-bathroom with a luxe spa shower, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and basic cooking utensils. You’ll also find a few board games for rainy-day fun!

Cancellations
Life happens and we understand! You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund less a 3% credit card processing fee (if paid via credit card).
